Came to this store from out of town with a coolant issue. They were really busy but took the time to ask me what was wrong and offered for me to bring my car in to have a look at it but couldn't guarantee they could fix it right away. I have been shopping at Laura in Kingston for many years, staff are very friendly and helpful. Recently, I purchased a spring coat and one of the pocket details fell off after only wearing it three times, I returned to the store and they were wonderful! Nice store a good selection of merchandise, pants dresses, tops, jackets and lots of other "stuff" that might take your fancy. A bit pricey but everything seems to be of good quality and nicely displayed in the store. Staff are very congenial and helpful. The only criticism, I walk with a cane and getting into the store for me is a bit of a problem, suggested they get a ramp which would make getting in and out of the store a lot easier Lire plus
